Ember Lane - Downtown
Tanuki Ramen
Slow-cooked over eighteen hours, ladled by hand, and served in a room of warm wood and low light. The coziest bowl in downtown, made one bowl at a time.
Open tonight until 11pm
01 - The roomA small shop, on purpose.
Inside Tanuki, eighteen hours of slow-simmered broth, twelve wooden stools, and one long neon sign do most of the talking. Our pork bones come from a single farm in the valley, our noodles are cut fresh each morning, and the chashu rests overnight in a soy, mirin, and ginger bath. We open late. We close Sundays. The rest is ladle, bowl, and steam.
